By installing and using Vantis you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Vantis is a player that runs on your device. Its function is to open the stream at an address you provide, measure its quality and report problems in understandable terms.
No channels, films, series or playlists ship with the app. It does not provide content, does not recommend providers, and has no partnership with any provider.
Any liability arising from unlawful use of the app rests with you.
Vantis comes with a 14-day fully functional trial. The trial starts the first time you open a stream.
Continuing to use the app after the trial requires a one-time purchase. There is no subscription — you pay once and the app is yours.
A purchased licence is personal and intended for your own use. Sharing, reselling or distributing your licence key is a breach of these terms.
For purchases made through Google Play, Google's refund policy applies. Refund requests are made through Google Play.
If you bought a licence key directly from us, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to vantis@atomicmail.io.
The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free.
In particular: a stream failing to open, playing at low quality or cutting out is usually caused by your source or your network connection. Vantis measures and reports these problems; it does not guarantee to solve them or to keep a stream running.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
These terms may change. When they do, this page is updated and the date above changes with it. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any rights granted to you as a consumer by the legislation of your country of residence remain unaffected.
